| The hotel is located overlooking Hyde Park just five minutes from Queensway tube station, and close to Marble Arch and the West End. |

| The hotel is an attractive white victorian building with its entrance flanked by columns. |
| Lobby: |
| The lobby is elegant and well furnished and is medium sized. It has a marble floor, light wood furniture and is decorated in a very modern style. |
| Rooms: |
| The rooms are small on average and are in good condition. Some have been recently refurbished and a very modern in design whilst the remainder have pine furniture and green carpets coordinating nicely with bedspeads and curtains. The bathrooms are in good condition too. |
| Restaurant: |
| There is a cafe style restaurant on the ground floor adjoining the lobby which offers traditional food. It benefits from a Conservatory which overlooks Hyde Park and makes the whole area pleasantly light and airy. This is where guests recieve continental breakfast, whilst a full english breakfast is served in a new restaurant on the lower ground floor. |
