| The hotel is very well located close to Montparnasse and just 2 min walk from the subway station. The area is lively with shops, restaurants and bars around, the subway line number 4 leads directly to St. Germain de Pres, St. Michel, or the Shopping Center Les Halles. |

| The rooms are medium in size and basically in light colors which vary from room to room. Nicely decorated in a modern style the rooms are quiet bright. Fully equipped and with air condition the rooms are in very good condition. |
| Restaurant: |
| The breakfast room is open plan to the lounge but separated through a wall. There is a lot of natural light coming through the big windows and the door, which leads to the garden. In the summertime guest can enjoy there breakfast also outside. |

| The medium sized light reception is open plan and leads to the lounge. The decoration of the hotel is very nice and modern, artist exhibit their pictures at the lounge. Warm colors and the sitting area with the bibliotheca create a very welcoming atmosphere. Guest can enjoy drinks 24 hours per day at the bar which is part of the lounge. |
