Location This cozy hotel is placed opposite the famous Arriaga theatre, between the old quarter and the ensanche, the most modern and commercial area of Bilbao. Very near the underground which is one of the most modern in Europe connecting the hotel with all the most important places of the city.

Rooms The hotel provides 10 double and double for single use rooms fitted with personal computers with free high speed internet access, static bicycles, trouser press, last generation hydro showers and king size beds. 20 single rooms, with free high speed internet access and last generation hydro showers. 34 Executive double and double for single use, with free high speed internet access, hydro showers and king size beds. Restaurant The restaurant is found on the top floor. The cozy and homely athmospere created is one of the main features of the hotel. The decoration is spartan in rustic style. There is also bar next to the restaurant. The restaurant is only used for serving breakfast.

Exterior This is a traditional style building perfectly integrated in the architecture of this quarter since it is a refurbished building, four floors high.

Lobby The lobby area is not large but nice and welcoming combining as the rest of the hotel areas modern and antique details.

General A 10 minute walk along the river crossed by numerous bridges, leads directly to the Guggenheim Museum, the Deusto University and some other places of interest.
