| The hotel is located right in the centre of Marbella, next to the Alameda Park and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel has an excellent location. |

| The rooms are medium in size, with no excesive decoration, but with all the necessarie ammenities and facilities and a bedroom room should offer. The rooms are kept in a good standard. |

| The restaurant is small and it also has a bar cafeteria serving drinks and snacks. |
