| Only 3 kilometres from Fiumicino Airport and from train station Ostia-Roma which links Rome with the archeological area of "Ostia Antica" situated by the sea. Hotel is located in a quiet enviroment surrounded by greenery and by the fresh and clean sea breeze. |

| Rooms are vary in size and nicely decorated in pastel colours and modern furniture. They are illuminated by plenty of natural light.The carpet is blue coloured and walls are white.The bedspreads are light blue coloured and all rooms are equipped with wooden furniture. Both rooms and bathrooms are in very good conditions with marble. |

| The restaurant, 'Antico Porto', is quite spacious and opens to a terrace in the garden where breakfast and meals can be served during the good season. |

| Small in size and furnished in a pleasant and modern style. The wooden reception desk is in front of the entrace, The lobby area is surrounded by windows overlooking the garden, very luminous and it opens to a modern furnished seating area composed by red caprtes and dark leather sofas. It also leads to the restaurant/breakfast room. |
