| The hotel is situated very close to Piazza Dell'Indipendenza and the Fortezza da Basso. It is just a ten minute walk from Florence's principal tourist attraction, the Duomo. |

| The hotel does not have a restaurant, however it does have a spacious breakfast room which again contains a tiled ceramic floor. It is decorated in white with wooden tables and chairs. |
| Exterior: |
| The hotel is composed of two buildings. The original building a renaissance period Palace was designed by the famous architect Cosimo Bartoli. The hotel contains an annexe which is directly opposite the older building. Rooms in both buildings are identical in terms of standard and comfort. |

| The lobby is large with the reception desk situated at the far end. The reception staff are friendly. |

| This hotel is an excellent property in an ideal location. In addition there is a roof terrace and a quiet spacious courtyard/garden area where guests can relax in a peaceful and serene environment. (0800 DM) |

| The large rooms are appartment style and all have a fitted kitchen area. The rooms contain large armchairs and tables. The floors are ceramic tiled "Cotta" style. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition. |
