Palazzo Tiepoletto belongs to the Passi Family whose origins go back to the 10th Century AD. The Palace was built in the 15th Century and it's located right on the Grand Canal, just between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. It borders the right side of Palazzo Pisani Moretta and lies near the vaporetto stop of San Tomà.
Right next door to the Palazzo you will find the public Gondola crossing the Grand Canal from San Tomà to San Samuele (near Palazzo Grassi). Water taxies can drop you off at the entrance of the Palace at the water door.
This charming 80 sq mt Venice apartment for 4 guests is located on the ground floor of the Palazzo, on the same floor is a smaller studio apartment Piccolo Tiepolo, an excellent combination for a group traveling together.
The large sunny living room actually overlooks the Grand Canal, this extraordinary view is seen through the two ancient marble decorated windows. The kitchen is within the living room, but has been cleverly tucked away inside an ancient cabinet. Palazzo Tiepoletto has two double bedrooms (one with tester bed) and two en-suite bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). Both the bathrooms have Murano glass sinks.
Please note: Access to the second bedroom is possible only through the first.
