Enjoy the stay in a Moorish South Italian home with a big tradition. The Moorish 18th century villa surrounded by quiet orchards is situated in the middle of the pyramid of buildings that form Positano. The extraordinarily thick walls keep the interior pleasantly cool during the summertime.

Like most houses in Positano, this villa is reached by stairs (Via Monte), approximately 100 steps to walk down from the closest bus stop or car park. A regular bus service is available every 20 minutes. The bus stop is at the beginning of Via Monte. It is however possible to reach most places in Positano, including the beach, in ten to fifteen minutes walk.

Magnificent Apartment set on the hill of Positano. Min rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Even considering weekly rate, the price is reasonable, from 1900 eur per week, including utilities and daily cleaning. It sleeps up to 6 people and considering hotel's prices, cannot do better in this expensive town than that with space and amenities and views!

Tosca is a spacious apartment in the first floor of the Villa. The spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings is divided by an open arch in the fashion of classical Mediterranean architecture, elegantly furnished with two sofas (one of which can unfold into a double bed), an elegant dining table with six, period chairs, and two armchairs.

Terrace (20 square meters, 180 square feet) with a beautiful view over Positano, the beach and the gulf, completely equipped with four garden chairs, table, and two deck chairs. The two stylish bathrooms, one furnished with a modern designer bath tub, the other with a Jacuzzi shower, are both decorated with original hand painted Vietri tiles. The hot and cold water shower on the terrace is a particularly enjoyable additional feature.

Bedroom with a king size double bed and ensuite bathroom. The 4,5 meter (15 feet) high dome-shaped ceiling encloses a skylight (lucernaio) ideal for watching the night sky.
2nd bedroom with two super size single beds, with an own exit to the terrace.  Spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, divided by an open arch in the fashion of classical mediterranean architecture, elegantly furnished with two sofas (one of which can unfold into a double bed), an elegant dining table with six period chairs, and two armchairs.

Fully equipped kitchen: four professional catering gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, large refigerator with freezer.
