This penthouse apartment is located in downtown Laguna Beach and available directly from owner. Walking distance to numerous art galleries, fine restaurants, most popular beaches, etc. It is occupied until September 12, 2004 and will be available afterwards for weekly rents. 

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 600 sq.ft. ocean view deck, 2 car garage and fantastic views from living room, kitchen, master b/r, and deck.  The unit, which is approximately 1,500 sq.ft, is in movein condition; all the guests have to do is buy their food and beverages.  Everything else (including laundry, fireplace in living room, BBQ on deck, coffee shop downstairs, etc.) is there for a wonderful vacation.

The rental price is from $2,500.00 to $3,500.00 per week depending on season.  There is a non-refundable $200.00 cleaning fee and a $1,000.00 security deposit which is refundable. 

The owner will meet the guests, provide them with keys and garage door opener and answer any questions about their stay.

 

The apartment accommodates for a maximum of 6 persons as follows: master bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath including separate tub and shower, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a queen size convertible couch.

It is a magical location.  Once you park your car in private garage, you do not need to use it. However, for people who want to see the local sights, Disneyland is only 20 miles away, Newport Beach/Balboa is less than 10 miles, the Queen Mary and Aquarium in Long Beach is a 30 minute drive up the coast.
