At approximately 6000 square feet. (550 square meters), Le Vian is one of Nevis’s largest and most luxurious private villa/homes offered to the discerning traveler. The villa offers not only every convenience and amenity to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable, but its location on the sought-after western side of the Island in Upper Jessups offers access to key island attractions — and incredible Caribbean sunset views (from your veranda). Le Vian is perched and hidden on one acre of lushly planted property, just above the Robert Trent Jones designed 18-hole golf course at the Four Seasons Resort.
Creatively designed and constructed just one year ago, Le Vian is not only well appointed, offering all the comforts of home, its floor plan and layout offers both private and public areas – making the villa conducive to single family or shared (multiple) family use. The four large bedrooms, all with distinctive ensuite full baths, are divided equally over the two-story floor plan, each with custom-built queen-sized beds hand crafted by local artisans. The villa can be rented in whole or in part , as upper or pool levels (2 bedrooms / 2 baths each), since both have private entrances.
Although Nevis offers many great dining experiences, choices and cuisine, you may be tempted to enjoy some of your own home cooking (or by one of the island’s chefs for hire) made easy in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, giving you the option of entertaining family and old or newly made friends.
