Perched on a mountainside at 400 feet with a stunning panoramic view of St. Thomas, the Caribbean Sea and St. Croix forty miles away Gift Hill Villa is isolated with no immediate neighbors. The Villa is five minutes from the fine dining & shopping of the village and ten minutes from the spectacular, world class National Park beaches. Overlooking Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay the Villa allows you to come home to from the beach, swim in the pool, shower and go out for dinner with convenience.

The custom designed fresh water pool and whirlpool are enhanced with colorful tiles, and the large pool terrace provides a private area for sunbathing. The pool area provides and additional space for weddings and reunion celebrations.

The pool level has a two-story living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large French doors open one end of the living room & indoor dining area to the pool area and panoramic views of the islands & sunsets. The kitchen is as efficiently designed as a ship's galley, and features port hole windows with a spectacular view out to sea.

The main Villa has three bedrooms.Two queen bedrooms are on the pool level with their own deck, and a master bedroom loft suite is on the top level with its own private deck, king size bed and master bath with two sinks. 

The terrace which opens from the living room to the pool is an ideal place for outdoor dining. The main Villa is perfect for honeymooners & anniversaries or family gatherings. One or two couples often take the Main Villa. 

In addition to the main villa, there is a separate private apartment which can be rented individually, or used to accommodate extra guests. The apartment has one queen bedroom and bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. A wrap around deck offers an outdoor dining area, grill and the same breathtaking views as the main villa. Often if there are three couples, guests will reserve the apartment as well so that everyone has a private bath. The rest of the time the apartment offers a high quality accommodation at an economical cost. The apartment has its own, separate entrance and pool access until dark (approx. 6 p.m.). 

At dusk as the sun sets, and the light slowly fades, the villa undergoes a magical transformation. Stand on the pool terrace and watch the lights come to life inside and outside the villa. The lights were designed and hand-crafted in the Donald Schnell Studio and are the same lights that he created for some of the Caribbean's most elegant resorts.
